Welcome to the KU School of Medicine-Wichita online store! Please read this before placing your order.

PRODUCTION: All orders will be sent to production after the order deadline. No changes can be made to your order after the order deadline. Production and delivery will typically take 3-4 weeks. 

RETURNS and REPLACEMENTS: Items can only be returned if damaged. Please make sure to click on the "Size Chart" of an item to determine best fit.

INVENTORY CHALLENGES: We've done our best to include items with deep inventory levels, but inventory has been challenging. If an item you ordered is out of stock, you will be contacted by Snap Promotions. You can then either choose a different available color, or cancel your order (and receive a refund).

SHIPPING: You have two options for delivery.

1. We ship to KUSM-W for pickup at no additional cost. They will be shipped to the Office of Public Affairs and you will be contacted by email to pickup your order.

2. If you need the items shipped to you directly you can do that as well. There is an upcharge for this service. If you want to order one or two items please do that through this website. If you want to order three or more items, you can contact Snap Promotions directly at SnapEStores@SnapPromotions.com. This will save you on shipping costs.
